Notorious Kidnapper, Chukwudememe Onwuamadike also known as Evans , has been slammed with new charges. Evans was on Friday morning arraigned for fresh murder and attempted murder case .
According to The Nation, Evans was arraigned before Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo of Lagos High Court in Igbosere.
