The Abuja police command has arrested a certain Khadijat Adams for assaulting her 18-months old stepchild.
According to reports, the said Khadijat dipped the hand of the toddler in hot water as a way of punishing him for eating her food. The sad incident happened in the Kuje area of Abuja.
Khadijat has since been arrested.
